This Shipping Policy explains how Raannii fulfils and delivers orders placed on raannii.com across India from our base in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
1. Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- During peak seasons (festivals, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.
- You will receive email/SMS updates when your order is confirmed, packed, and shipped.
2. Shipping partners
We ship via reputable courier and logistics partners serving India (e.g. Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, Xpressbees, or equivalent). The carrier is selected based on your pin code and service availability.

4. Shipping charges
- Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible orders and regions as stated on the website.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may include an additional handling fee displayed at checkout.
5. Order tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS. Tracking updates depend on the courier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after handover.
6. Delivery attempts & address accuracy
- Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address with PIN code and active phone number.
- Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. Failed delivery may result in return to us; re-shipping charges may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Undeliverable & RTO orders
If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to refusal, non-availability, or incorrect address, we may refund the product amount minus shipping and handling costs, or reship at your expense after confirmation.
8. International shipping
Unless explicitly offered at checkout, we currently ship within India only. For international enquiries, email info@rannii.com.
9. Damaged packages
If outer packaging is visibly damaged on delivery, note it with the courier where possible, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours at info@rannii.com.
