Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Raannii orders in accordance with Indian consumer law.

At Raannii, we want you to love your jewellery. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on raannii.com, in line with our obligations under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) where applicable.
1. Return window
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items (unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging).
- For defective or wrong items received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- Sale items, custom-made pieces, earrings (hygiene), and marked “final sale” products may not be returnable unless defective.
2. Condition of returned items
Returned products must be:
- Unused, unworn, and free from damage, perfume, or alterations.
- In original packaging with tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to deduct value for diminished condition.
3. How to initiate a return
- Email info@rannii.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.
- Ship the item to the address we provide using a trackable courier. Retain proof of shipment.

4. Return shipping costs
- Defective / wrong item: We will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping upon approval.
- Change of mind: Customer bears return shipping unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
- COD orders: Refunds are processed to bank account/UPI as per details you provide; we do not refund cash on delivery.
5. Inspection & processing time
Once we receive your return, we inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank/UPI processing may take additional time depending on your provider.
6. Refunds
- Refunds include the product price paid (excluding non-refundable shipping charges on change-of-mind returns, unless required otherwise by law).
- Gift cards or store credit may be offered in place of cash refunds where agreed in writing.
- Partial refunds may apply if items are returned damaged or incomplete.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges for size or design are subject to stock availability. Contact us before returning. You may need to place a new order if the desired item is out of stock; price differences may apply.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing info@rannii.com with your order number.
- After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; please follow the return process after delivery.
9. Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the outer box and product. We will work with the courier and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
10. Consumer rights (India)
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You may file a complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction over Moradabad or your place of residence, as applicable.
